The Lifestyle education topic teaches college students to balance academics, social life, and personal wellness while adapting to the demands of independence. It focuses on building sustainable routines and effective time management.

Nutrition

Teaching advanced skills like meal planning, cooking basics, and making informed food choices.

The Nutrition education topic provides advanced strategies for meal prep, nutrient timing, and fueling for energy and recovery. It emphasizes creating sustainable dietary habits to support academic and athletic performance.

Fitness
