The Mindset education topic prepares high school students to build mental resilience, emotional balance, and leadership skills. Lifestyle

Building routines that balance school, personal goals, and wellness practices.

The Lifestyle education topic focuses on helping students manage increasingly complex schedules. It teaches time management, work-life balance, and strategies to handle the transition to independence as they prepare for life beyond high school.

Nutrition

Deepening understanding of balanced meals, reading food labels, and making informed choices.

The Nutrition education topic helps students understand how food fuels their academic and athletic performance. Students learn advanced skills like meal prep, nutrient timing, and planning for sustained energy and recovery.

Fitness

Developing strength, endurance, and coordination through varied activities.

The Fitness education topic provides structured plans to build endurance, flexibility, and strength. Edge programs focus on sport-specific skills, injury prevention, and optimizing performance for student-athletes.
