Sarah, a fitness and nutrition expert, brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal experience to her work in wellness coaching. With a BS in Integrative Exercise Science, a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition, and certifications in health coaching and nutrition, she offers comprehensive guidance in lifestyle modification, fitness, and nutrition to help clients achieve lasting health. Sarah’s lived experience with addiction and eating disorders enables her to connect deeply with clients, helping them heal their relationship with food, exercise, and body image.
